Making A Purchase NOTE: Website will only accept purchase's in the UK.
We are able to send certain items to most countries around the globe. All prices are worked out on an order and location basis. So if you do need anything sending outside Mainland UK please call our staff on 0844 567 3240 or email us your delivery address and goods required for delivery quote.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. All goods must be paid for in full upon order. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. (via our payment Service Provider PROTX).

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 05:00. Any orders placed outside of these times will be processed the next working day.

Shipping And Handling < We shall have the right to make deliveries in instalments. Partial shipments will be billed as made.
All delivery indication dates are estimated and are dependent in part upon prompt receipt of all necessary information to service the order.

In no event will we be liable for any premium transportation, re-procurement, or any other costs or losses incurred by Buyer as a result of failure to deliver products in accordance with indicated delivery shedules.

We endeavour to deliver all goods on time, however delays are possible.
For large orders please ensure that someone is available to help the driver move the goods from the delivery van to your premises.

GOODS MUST BE CHECKED WHILST THE DRIVER IS ON THE PREMISES.
OUR THIRD PARTY COURIER POLICY - Any items delivered via third party couriers must be checked thoroughly by the customer for damages before signing to accept delivery. The obligation is with you to check your deliveries thoroughly and should not be left to a third party, tradesmen etc. to inspect goods.

Delivery Schedule You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Where delivery or dispatch times are stated anywhere on the website, the times are approxiates only and while we endeavour to deliver to you within the time stated, delivery could be delayed due to events beyond our control. The time of delivery is not the essence of the contract. For the avoidance of any doubt we shall not be liable for any loss arising from delay in delivery or non delivery.

In the majority of cases Goods will be delivered to you by a third-party carrier and the cost of delivery will be included in the total price of the order and notified to you on the checkout page of the website, prior to completing your order.

We may deliver the goods in installments, and each delivery shall constitute a seperate contract and failure by us to deliver one or more of the installments in accordance with these Conditions shall not entitle you to treat as a whole repudiated.

For the avoidance of doubt We are only insured and required to deliver the goods to your delivery address and not to bring them into the property or install them.

Where your order consists of heavy and/or bulky goods assistance must be available to our drivers to offload the goods. In the event that no assistance is available then We will not be in a position to offload the goods and we will charge a fee of 10% of the price of the goods for re-delivery.

For the avoidance of doubt you will be responible for the Goods as soon as they have been delivered to your delivery address. From the time of delivery of the Goods any loss or damage to the goods will be at your own risk.

Do not arrange for installation of the goods untill they have been delivered and checked for correctness, damage and shortages by you.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All prices shown have VAT included (at 17.5%).

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Faulty/damaged goods - should be reported within 7 days
When you notify us there is a problem with any goods we may request photographic evidence of the problem.
Upon receipt of the faulty item(s), an inspection will be carried out to confirm that the fault is correct. If a replacement has already been issued and the Fault/Damage is not confirmed you will be invoiced for the replacement and or the Faulty/Damaged item(s) will be returned to you.
Once the item is deemed Damaged/Faulty, and no replacement is to be issued a refund of the item(s) (inc delivery cost) will be arranged.
Cancelled orders must be reported within 7 days after receipt of the goods
And under no condition can an order be cancelled where they have been a "Special Order":-
Special Orders consist of the following
1 All made to order furniture
2 Any item(s) that are bespoke (made to the customers specifications)
3 Specifically drilled baths

Goods ordered in error (unless special order items) may be returned to us providing you advise us within 7 working days of receipt, and they are returned in their original saleable condition.
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned item(s) reach us in good condition.

Please return the items exactly as you have received them, with the original packaging, sealed with clear tape. If you are returning the items via a Courier or Royal Mail, please make sure that the items are in an outer box or a jiffy bag. (THERE MUST BE NO WRITING OR LABELS ON THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING)
Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, Bathrooms and Kitchens Complete reserves the right to refund you in full less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

We do NOT accept liability for the transit of returned goods and therefore suggest that you take out carrie insurance.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
