Making A Purchase NOTE: Website will only accept purchase's in the UK.
We are able to send certain items to most countries around the globe. All prices are worked out on an order and location basis. So if you do need anything sending outside Mainland UK please call our staff on 0844 567 3240 or email us your delivery address and goods required for delivery quote.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. All goods must be paid for in full upon order. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. (via our payment Service Provider PROTX).

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 05:00. Any orders placed outside of these times will be processed the next working day.

Shipping And Handling < We shall have the right to make deliveries in instalments. Partial shipments will be billed as made.
All delivery indication dates are estimated and are dependent in part upon prompt receipt of all necessary information to service the order.

In no event will we be liable for any premium transportation, re-procurement, or any other costs or losses incurred by Buyer as a result of failure to deliver products in accordance with indicated delivery shedules.

We endeavour to deliver all goods on time, however delays are possible.
For large orders please ensure that someone is available to help the driver move the goods from the delivery van to your premises.

GOODS MUST BE CHECKED WHILST THE DRIVER IS ON THE PREMISES.
OUR THIRD PARTY COURIER POLICY - Any items delivered via third party couriers must be opened and checked thoroughly by the customer for damages before signing to accept delivery. No claim for damaged items can be made once the delivery has been accepted. The obligation is with you to check your deliveries thoroughly & immediately.

Damaged / Missing Goods.
Please inspect goods thoroughly before signing. It is not possible sign the proof of delivery as 'unchecked'. You must inform us in writing, via email or fax within 24 hours of delivery if any goods are damaged or missing. We cannot accept liabillty for damaged / missing goods if you do not inform us within 24 hours >

Delivery Schedule You must inform us within 24 hours if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Where delivery or dispatch times are stated anywhere on the website, the times are approxiates only and while we endeavour to deliver to you within the time stated, delivery could be delayed due to events beyond our control. The time of delivery is not the essence of the contract. For the avoidance of any doubt we shall not be liable for any loss arising from delay in delivery or non delivery.

In the majority of cases Goods will be delivered to you by a third-party carrier and the cost of delivery will be included in the total price of the order and notified to you on the checkout page of the website, prior to completing your order.

We may deliver the goods in installments, and each delivery shall constitute a seperate contract and failure by us to deliver one or more of the installments in accordance with these Conditions shall not entitle you to treat as a whole repudiated.

For the avoidance of doubt We are only insured and required to deliver the goods to your delivery address and not to bring them into the property or install them.

Where your order consists of heavy and/or bulky goods assistance must be available to our drivers to offload the goods. In the event that no assistance is available then We will not be in a position to offload the goods and we will charge a fee of 10% of the price of the goods for re-delivery.

For the avoidance of doubt you will be responible for the Goods as soon as they have been delivered to your delivery address. From the time of delivery of the Goods any loss or damage to the goods will be at your own risk.

Do not arrange for installation of the goods untill they have been delivered and checked for correctness, damage and shortages by you.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All prices shown have VAT included (at 17.5%).

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition and in original unopened packaging.
Return of goods for any reason must be requested in writing giving your name, address, order number and the reason for return, via email or fax.
Once the returns request has been reviewed, our customer service departmet will contact you to arrange collection.

FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS-TO BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS

Under no conditions can goods be returned where they have been a special order

If you change your mind about the products or order goods in error you can return it to us subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. However this does not apply where goods ordered are 'special order'

It is your responsibility to insure that returned items reach us in good condition. We do NOT accept liability for the transit of returned goods and therefore suggest that you take out carrier insurance. If the goods do not arrive back at our warehouse in a re-saleable condition bathrooms and Kitchens Complete reserve the right to refuse a refund.

The goods should be well packed in their original packaging, using clear tape and marked only with the address label.

PLEASE NOTE:
Do not write on the product packaging. It is then deemed unfit for resale and you will not be refunded.
Any goods received withot prior notification will be refused and will not be subject to a refund.
Providing the goods are received in a perfect condition, a refund will be issued after deducting a re-stocking fee.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
