Q: When should I book a tradesman?
A: Please wait untill all your goods are delivered,and you are 100% sure that everything is OK before booking any tradesmen. We always endeavour to deliver on time and without damage, but sometimes items may be on back order at the manufacturer, and as bathroom / kitchen products are fragile breakages do sometimes occur in transit.

Q: I want to order, but I don't have a tradesman yet! What should I do?
A: If You Know what you want you can still take advantage of our prices and service, order the goods and have everything ready for when the job starts.

Q: Can I order from outside the UK?
A: Bathrooms and Kitchens Complete only deliver to mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

Q: What are the delivery times?
A: Please refer to web site delivery times of each product or call on 0845 438 6002. As a general rule delivery is between 3-10 days. Please note all delivery times are approximate until confirmed by us.

Q: Can I have goods delivered to another address?
A: delivery to another address is fine , enter delivery address on the "delivery address" page, but you must enter the cardholders physical home address when entering information on the secure server. Goods need to be signed for at delivery address. we do not deliver to post office box numbers.

Q: Do you send brouchres?
A: sorry we do not send brouchres. Click on the 'Useful Links' button to view our most popular manufacture's online brouchres.

Q: Can you supply products not shown on your website?
A; We can supply many products. Give us a call or email us with product name, size and if possible reference number and we will certainly try.

Q: Is Bathrooms and Kitchens Complete a reputable company?
A: Bathrooms and Kitchens Complete has been established over 20 years, we always strive to give the same excellent service to our online customers that we give to our showroom customers.

Q: Why are you cheaper than my local showroom?
A: because we are an established and efficient company and are able to work on low profit margins

Q: Will I still get manufacture's guarantee?
A: Goods sold are of first quality and come with full manufacture's guarantee.

Q:Are My credit card details safe?
A: When you enter your credit card details, everything is scrambled (encrypted). At no time are your card details accessible or emailed to Bathrooms and Kitchens Complete.

Q: How do I know the connection is secure?
A: Look for a gold key or padlock. if the key is broken or the padlock is open the page is NOT secure. If the key is solid or the padlock is shut the page IS secure

Q: What if I find damaged items when delivered?
A: Contact us within three days of delivery to resolve any problems.

Q: What if things go wrong?
A: Hopefully we will get things right but if you do experience a problem, we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Q: Will all my goods be delivered together?
A: We always try to deliver all goods together, but in some circumstances, such as goods being on extended back order or direct suppliers delivery, we will deliver goods separately
