Free delivery on orders over £800.00 Terms apply

DELIVERY CHARGES – UK Mainland England and Wales
We have four main delivery tiers, these apply to all items unless otherwise stated.

Free – Delivery is completely free on any orders over £800.00.

£2.38 - £7.65 depending on weight between 0.10KG - 2.0KG Royal mail

£9.50 - From 2KG to 25KG. Small items such as taps, showers or toilet seats. Other carrier

£40.0 - Large or fragile items such as baths, shower enclosures or furniture.Goods palletised for safe delivery
UNLOADING ASSISTANCE – Without exception the customer will be required to provide assistance with the unloading of heavy items from the delivery vehicle.

The delivery tiers refer to mainland UK addresses and do not apply to the Scottish Highlands, other hard to reach places or overseas destinations. Deliveries to these areas may incur a higher charge.
We are able to send certain items to most countries around the globe. All prices are worked out on an order and location basis. So if you do need anything sending outside Mainland UK please call our staff on 01268 550605 or email us your delivery address and goods required for delivery quote.

OUR THIRD PARTY COURIER POLICY - Any items delivered via third party couriers must be opened and checked thoroughly by the customer for damages before signing to accept delivery. No claim for damaged items can be made once the delivery has been accepted. The obligation is with you to check your deliveries thoroughly & immediately.
If no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery the courier driver will leave notification of the attempted delivery and return the goods to the regional depot for your area, from where you will be responsible for arranging collection or possible redelivery. Bathrooms and Kitchens Complete operate this policy to provide formal proof with respect to goods being despatched and safely received. Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified at the time the order is placed. For customer convenience Bathrooms and Kitchens Complete allow customers to specify a different address for delivery at the time of order. For example a lot of customers specify that goods are to be delivered to their place of work or to a neighbour who they know will be available to accept delivery.

RETURNS.

RETURNS PERIOD - There is a maximum 7 day notification period for all returns. We will gladly accept any returns for products in original undamaged packaging where we are notified within the 7 day period after delivery.

Under no condition can an order be cancelled where they have been a "Special Order":-
Special Orders consist of the following
•All made to order Furniture
•Any item(s) that are Bespoke (made to the customers specifications)
•Specifically drilled baths

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/MISSING ITEMS - Any product damage, defects or delivery errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. The onus is on you to check the goods not the Installation people. Please take off the outer packaging and check for damage or defects immediately. Once you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will, at our option either make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

RETURN CHARGES - Customers are responsible for all return delivery charges on unwanted items. In the case of large items we can arrange a collection using our own transport (Please call for individual pricing). Once received back into our stock, goods will be thoroughly checked for any damaged and appropriate refunds will then be applied, minus any delivery charges which have been fulfilled. Large unwanted items may also be subject to a restocking charge (up to 25% of the order value).
